Slave Auction

As an idea for a guild event I have considered a slave auction. This would help in interactions between guild members who may or may not spend a lot of time together. No speicif day will be made for you to carry out your slaver, this is to be decided between master and slave for what time zones suit best. HOwever there will be a time limit of one month from day bid was won for the slavery to be completed. It will work something like this.
Members nominate themselves as a slave for 24 hours
Those who are not slaves can choose to bid on the slaves nominated
Bids will be in in quanities of tofu feathers with the highest bidder handing the tofu feathers to me or another of the leadership council to be paid to the slave upon completion of slavery term.

Ok so the terms of the slavery.

Your slave is not to be used for illegal activities
You cannot ask your slave to carry out aggressions for you or perc attacks.
Slaves are required to accompany thier master on any mat hunt or dungeon run requested by master.
Slaves are to carry out any dare of silly instruction within reason as requested by thier master

To incorperate forum use the bids and nominations will all be done on forums in this section. Each slave will create thier own post nominating themselves with the bidding by potential masters to follow in the same thread. Both slave and master will aslo be required to write a post about the missions completed at the end of the slavery term.

The date of end bidding wil be decided once expressions of interest are posted. I would like ot see at least 5 slave nominations for this event to proceed.
AC members are also welcome to participate if they so desire:)
Any suggestions/alterations to terms ect can be put in this thread for considerations.

OK so we have a little bit of interest here. SO far it seems like we have 3 slaves, a few more would be nice as that only leaves room for 3 masters, so 6 people participateing, there are at least 70 of us! So am with holding excitement for a little longer and lets see if we can get a few more slaves here!

Alrighty so cause of crap this will be post poned till things calm for me so I can organise it properly. Hopefully when I get back we will have a few more victims for slavery, maybe Mortie can mention it in AC guild chat too to check it out if they want to join in on the fun. I think a few of thier active members are on here so that will not be a problem. Thinking also I will move this to RP section. I better take some auctionerring classes while I am on my break from dofus maybe;)

Well... I dont know if its for guildies only but if I am allowed Ill volenteer for this... ummm when bidding for me you will have my full service including a small army of alts lvl 19x+... can pretty much do any dung... but I wouldnt suggest anything like Ougaa cause well... its gets laggy for me and well we dont all wanna die now do we?

Ok guys few things bout this topic..first of all i cant work out how to make it its own thread..paynie can you help?
so far the following people are interested in being 'slaves':

Bluff-Soul

Pink-Lily
Takeo
Lord-Baal (maybe?)

Best format i think will be bidding over a week - each potential slave will have their own thread under this and guildies will simply vote an amount by posting how much thye are willing to spend - bidding will remain open for a week, at teh end of teh which the slaves shall have an owner - they will be slaves over a 48hour period - so as people in different time zones can log on. Money will be held by paynie or a second in command before the slavery begins - so guys dont bid more than you can afford. If anyone defaults on their bid the second highest will be taken (if they still want). Monies collected will be used for guild things such as pots, items, houses, keys - things we can all use. I am thinking of trying to organise this event for bidding beginning Monday the 15th of Feb with slaves available for use the following weekend. (this date may move if many cant work around this). Guys this is a great chance to bond with new or different members who maybe you dont usually hunt or chat with..so make the most of it! i highly recommend some of our newer members vote on some older - or if ur game..put urself up to auction. Depending on how she is going - im hoping paynie might be floating around this time - i will be encouraging her to put herself up to bid too - cause we all know she likes some salvery action.
